1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the mom4d website accessible at https://mom4d.cam and all associated services, applications, and content.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by a Player to access Platform services.
• "Services" include all gaming, betting, entertainment, and related services provided by mom4d, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, slot games, lottery games, and other gaming products.
• "User Content" means any information, data, text, or materials submitted by Players through the Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other incentives offered by mom4d to Players.
• "Deposit" means funds transferred by a Player to their Account balance for the purpose of wagering.
• "Withdrawal" means the process of transferring Account funds to a Player's designated bank account or payment method.
• "Stake" or "Bet" refers to the amount wagered by a Player on any gaming product or outcome.
• "Indonesian Rupiah" or "IDR" or "Rp" means the official currency of Indonesia and the primary currency used on the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To create an Account and use mom4d services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian address.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• You are not prohibited from using online gaming services by any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
• You are not currently self-excluded from any gaming platform or service.

mom4d reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or termination, and forfeiture of any Account balance.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering for an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password).
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account.
• Notify mom4d immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security.

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account. Creating multiple Accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Account Verification (Know Your Customer - KYC)

mom4d implements identity verification procedures to comply with regulatory requirements and prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP - Indonesian Identity Card, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Payment method verification (bank account statement, e-wallet screenshot, or payment card image)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

Verification may be required before your first withdrawal, when depositing above certain thresholds, or at any time for security purposes. Withdrawals may be delayed or restricted until verification is successfully completed.

3. Deposits and Account Funding

3.1 Payment Methods

mom4d supports deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Indonesian banks: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and other participating banks
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja
• Other payment methods as may be made available from time to time

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. mom4d does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via supported Indonesian banks and e-wallets are typically processed instantly or within minutes. In rare cases, processing may take up to 24 hours due to technical issues or payment provider delays. If your deposit does not appear in your Account within 24 hours, contact customer support immediately with your transaction reference number.

3.3 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. mom4d reserves the right to investigate the source of any deposits and to refuse or reverse deposits if there are reasonable grounds to believe the funds are derived from illegal activity.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Process

Players may request withdrawal of their available Account balance (excluding any locked bonus funds or pending wagering requirements) at any time through the designated withdrawal section of their Account. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC documentation approved).
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
• Daily withdrawal limits may apply based on your Account status and verification level.
• You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses before withdrawing bonus-related winnings.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

mom4d processes withdrawal requests within 1 to 24 hours during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 WIB, excluding Indonesian public holidays). Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider and may take an additional period. Bank transfers typically arrive within the same business day if processed during banking hours. E-wallet withdrawals are generally instant once approved by mom4d.

4.3 Withdrawal Fees

mom4d does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees or foreign exchange charges. These fees are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the Player.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted (except in cases of Account closure for responsible gaming reasons). Withdrawals must generally be made using the same payment method used for deposit. If this is not possible due to technical limitations, alternative arrangements may be made at the discretion of mom4d.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

mom4d offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are clearly stated at the time of each promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational Players only and are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) specify how many times a bonus amount must be bet before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Different game types contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements (e.g., slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%).
• Maximum bet limits apply when using bonus funds (typically Rp 25,000 per bet for slots and Rp 50,000 for sports bets).
• Bonuses have expiration dates by which wagering requirements must be met.
• mom4d reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if bonus terms are violated or if there is evidence of bonus abuse.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Abuse or exploitation of bonuses, including but not limited to using multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, betting patterns designed solely to clear bonus wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other form of bonus fraud, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, Account closure, and possible legal action.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Principles

All bets placed on mom4d are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once accepted by our system. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirming them. mom4d is not liable for any errors made by Players when placing bets.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting is subject to specific rules governing each sport and bet type. Settlement of bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant sporting authority. In cases of abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events, specific settlement rules apply as detailed in our sports betting rules section. Live betting (in-play betting) may experience delays in odds updates due to streaming latency. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation.

6.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino games and slots use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game. Technical malfunctions, including network disruptions, void all affected game rounds. In case of disputes, mom4d's transaction logs are considered the authoritative record of gameplay.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

mom4d reserves the right to impose maximum winning limits on certain games or bet types. These limits are clearly communicated within game rules or promotional terms. Winnings exceeding maximum limits will be adjusted to the maximum amount, with excess winnings forfeited.

7. Responsible Gaming

mom4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting Players from the potential harms of problem gambling. We provide comprehensive responsible gaming tools including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Cap your total losses over specified time periods.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict continuous playing time per session or day.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders of session duration and net win/loss.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block access to your Account for cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months or permanently.
• Self-Assessment: Access confidential questionnaires to evaluate your relationship with gaming.

All Players must be at least 21 years of age. 8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple Accounts or sharing Accounts with other individuals.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other methods to conceal your true location or identity.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to payment fraud, identity theft, or collusion with other Players.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, or any software designed to manipulate or exploit the Platform.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple Accounts, coordinated betting, or risk-free strategies.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or engaging in money laundering.
• Hacking, reverse-engineering, or attempting to compromise the security of the Platform.
• Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language toward mom4d staff or other Players.
• Any other activity that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

mom4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Request by the Player (self-exclusion or voluntary closure).
• Prolonged Account inactivity (no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months).
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

Upon Account termination, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited funds) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable charges, fees, or chargebacks. Bonus funds and pending bonus-related winnings will be forfeited. You agree to immediately cease using the Platform and will not attempt to circumvent termination by creating new Accounts.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, text, and materials on the mom4d Platform are the intellectual property of mom4d or its licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Platform without express written permission from mom4d. The mom4d name, logo, and all related branding are trademarks of mom4d and may not be used without authorization.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law:

• mom4d is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• mom4d is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount of deposits made to your Account in the 90 days preceding the claim, or Rp 1,000,000 (one million Indonesian Rupiah), whichever is lower.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures in service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, cyberattacks, government actions, or force majeure events.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless mom4d, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity conducted through your Account.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of mom4d services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

13.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform:

1. First, contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally.
2. If informal resolution is not successful within 30 days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution.
3. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
4. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration or litigation in Indonesian courts as appropriate.

14. Amendments to Terms

mom4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through prominent notice on the Platform, email notification to registered Players, or other reasonable means at least 14 days before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your Account.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
